15-Minute Consultation Call – Free

This 15-minute consultation call lets us determine if we would be a good fit to work together. During this call, I will ask about your hopes for therapy and your needs to determine if we are a good fit. You will get to ask any questions of me that you have about the process or about working with me and will get a sense of my personality and approach. If we both determine that we are good fit to work together, we will discuss next steps in the process.

50-Minute Session – $160

50-minute sessions are my standard therapy session duration.

90-Minute Session – $235

90-minute sessions can be helpful for couples therapy, EMDR therapy and when a client would like to accelerate the work by delving deeper each session.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT pronounced like the acts in a play) is a compassionate and evidence-based approach that helps people embrace their thoughts and feelings while taking meaningful steps toward a rich, fulfilling life. By radically opening up to pain, honoring to what it teaches you about what you deeply long for, and taking taking steps in line with your personal values, ACT empowers you to break free from struggles with anxiety, depression, or challenging emotions. Together, we will explore your values, practice mindfulness around your inner experiences, and develop skills to navigate life’s obstacles with resilience and authenticity.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an innovative therapy approach which offers a safe and structured space to navigate and reframe overwhelming memories, unlocking the power to overcome trauma’s grip on your life. Through targeted bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, taps, or sounds, EMDR taps into the brain’s natural healing mechanisms, which allows you to reprocess distressing experiences and networks of memories in a profoundly empowering way. It works by targeting upsetting memories, thoughts, and bodily sensations while activating a particular brain state using bilateral stimulation to reprocess distress and change the way painful memories are stored in the brain. This helps find resilience, shift your relationship to painful memories, and discover a renewed sense of well-being.

EMDR is very well-researched as a highly effective technique for treating a multitude of mental health challenges including trauma, depression, and anxiety. It can be used for distant and recent past painful memories, current stressors, complex trauma and even future anticipated events. I also have specialized training in using the EMDR-PRECI which has been shown to reduce distress for recent traumas and ongoing traumatic stress as well as the ASSYST protocol which targets somatic symptoms after a recent trauma and has been shown to prevent the development of PTSD.

The Trauma Conscious Yoga Method™ (TCYM) is a body-based approach to trauma recovery that integrates the healing power of yoga with somatic trauma therapy practices, offering a holistic pathway to releasing trauma from the body and reclaiming inner balance and resilience. Yoga is a pre-colonial indigenous collective healing practice that can be used with people in all body and incorporates mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding techniques tailored to your unique needs. By cultivating body awareness and fostering a compassionate connection between mind and body, this method supports you in navigating and releasing the impacts of trauma.
